CAKES, DESSERTS AND ICE CREAM
We bake modern cakes for birthdays, parties and weddings! We choose flavours after season. Please try our chocolate cake with three different consistencies of chocolate from Sur de Lago, Venezuela accompanied by raspberry. We custom make cakes after your wishes and taste in whatever size you need! Do not hesitate to visit our store to discuss flavours and looks and see photos of cakes we have made in the past!
We offer lovely chilled desserts sold in glasses for parties and dinners. Once again we compose them in accordance with the current season. We make them layer by layer and work with various consistencies and flavours. Some of our favourites are:
- Rhubarb cream with mascarpone cheese and lemon, oat meal crumble and meringue.
- Raspberry cream and vanilla bavaroise with liqueur chococlate eau de vie de framboise (raspberry).
- Chocolate dessert with chocolate from Venezuela in three delicious layers and cashew nuts.
We make ice cream and sorbet by the portion of the most wonderful ecological berries and ecological cream. They are also available in larger sizes of 225 ml to bring home. How about rosehip sorbet, raspberry sorbet, Lux vanilla ice cream, milk sorbet with homemade strawberry jam or cinnamon ice cream with lime caramelized apples?!
