BREAD
We are so pleased to have the ecological flour from Saltå Mill outside Stockholm from which we make our bread! It is baked in our stone oven with lots of sour dough where we flavour our bread with Swedish cheese, olives and walnuts. Do no miss the opportunity to try our levain-baguette that is made completely without yeast!
When it comes to sweet bread we offer bots Swedish and French delicacies! Croissant, pain au raisin, pain au chocolate, craquelin, cinnamon roll, vanilla roll and our fabulous cardamom rolls with home made vanilla sugar. All sweet breads are made of ecological butter.
